Role Overview

Mastercard Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. This role will drive business development of Services products and services across customers in Singapore, particularly for new logos.

Responsibilities
  • Promote services products/services including advanced analytics, digital strategy, prototyping, loyalty, marketing services, and bespoke consulting.
  • Achieve sales targets for new accounts and contribute to Mastercard worldwide deal bids.
  • Identify implicit and explicit client needs, focusing on the most critical issues.
  • Translate client objectives into hypotheses and structure work for complex projects.
  • Contribute to pitches and presentations, from storyboarding to delivery.
  • Create persuasive written materials tailored to the audience.
  • Contribute to project delivery, quickly addressing shortcomings.
Candidate Profile
  • Subject matter expert in travel and payments.
  • Sales and account management experience in professional services or SaaS.
  • Experience working with teams across multiple engagements and third parties.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and draft proposals.
  • Understanding of the payments industry and marketplace.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced environment.
