A leading global professional services firm with a strong presence in Malaysia is currently looking for an experienced actuarial professional to join their expanding team. The company is known for its innovative approach to delivering risk and people solutions across a broad client base.

Your new role
In this exciting role, you'll take the lead in applying advanced actuarial pricing techniques, like experience and exposure rating, while leveraging your expertise in dynamic financial analysis to drive reinsurance optimisation and pricing strategies. You'll design and model innovative reinsurance structures that align with evolving risk management needs. As the key actuarial contact for your territory, you'll work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to steer impactful projects from start to finish.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field, and is actively pursuing actuarial professional qualifications.
2. Brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in GI insurance/reinsurance pricing, reserving or capital modelling/management.
3. Working towards associate/fellowship qualification with a recognised Actuarial institute.
