Job summary

Oversee technical projects and all Information Technology operations and functions within the organisation.

Manage the implementation of IT systems, networks and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

Identify solutions and opportunities to improve organisational performance.

Analyse the business requirements to determine the organisation’s technology needs.

Supervise the implementation of new IT systems and policies, particularly in the education and retail industries.

Responsible for the company’s information technology infrastructure, network, and supervising IT staff to ensure new and existing projects are align with the organisation’s strategic goals and objectives.

Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure components.

Planning the team structure and activities, including involvement in project management activities.

Keep abreast with the emerging technologies and industry trends for the benefits of business growth.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

At least 10 years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of IT, including understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, and related technologies.

Being experienced in the education and retail industries is an added advantage.

Good technical skills and knowledge of the gaming industry are preferred.

Proven track record of managing and ensuring the success of IT-related projects/initiatives.

Ability to deploy technology effectively and drive widespread adoption for organisational advantage.

Excellent understanding of emerging and future technologies.

Solid leadership, interpersonal and project management skills.
