Job Description
  1. Set and communicate strategic HR policies, plans, and goals to all team members.
  2. Identify and implement strategic actions that attract and retain hotel talents.
  3. Prepare and execute action plans to improve employee engagement in the hotel.
  4. Oversee the compensation and benefits process.
  5. Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries.
  6. Create a performance-driven culture in the hotel.
  7. Keep abreast of HR-related matters.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Director of Talent & Culture (HR) in a premium hotel, preferably within Malaysia.
  2. Able to drive a dynamic team with enabling and collaborative leadership style.
  3. Strong knowledge in HR operations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits.
  4. Fluency in English is required.
