Job Description

1. Prepare, implement, and compile data for strategic sales plans, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budgets, forecasts, and other reports as required.
2. Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identifying deviations from business plan goals.
3. Collaborate with Finance and the team to prepare and manage the department’s budget and financial forecasts.
4. Participate in management meetings to review progress towards business plan goals and develop the annual business plan for the department.
5. Manage all group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximize hotel revenue.
6. Oversee advertising, public relations, and promotional activities in coordination with corporate marketing and PR departments.
7. Evaluate changes in guest needs, guest mix, and the competitive set to recommend operational and product/service adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 5 years of sales management experience or at least 2 years in a similar role with proven results.
3. Strong professionalism with a good understanding of global markets and business acumen.
4. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
