Job summary

You will lead Planning, Procurement, Materials, Logistics and Import/Export as one integrated function, ensuring the factory has the right materials at the right time to support rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• Broad-based Materials/Supply Chain leader with strong experience across planning, purchasing, materials and logistics within complex Electronics manufacturing environments.
• Semiconductor equipment, EMS, industrial equipment, precision engineering or other high-mix manufacturing experience is highly valued.

This is far more than a traditional Procurement or Planning role. You will lead Planning, Procurement, Materials, Logistics and Import/Export as one integrated function, ensuring the factory has the right materials, at the right time, to support aggressive growth. You’ll lead experienced managers across these functions, drive operational excellence, strengthen planning and supply execution, and build the capabilities needed for the next stage of expansion.

We’re looking for a broad-based Materials/Supply Chain leader with strong experience across planning, purchasing, materials and logistics within complex Electronics manufacturing environments. Semiconductor equipment, EMS, industrial equipment, precision engineering or other high-mix manufacturing experience is highly valued. Candidates who bring broader exposure to Manufacturing or Operations and demonstrate genuine potential to progress into a future leadership role will be particularly attractive.
