Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the Finance department
  • Coordinate financial planning and budget management
  • Monitor and analyze monthly results against budget
  • Manage debt financing and payments with external agencies
  • Prepare annual reports on revenues, transfers, and expenses
  • Develop financial forecasts and analyses for negotiations and investments
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements
  • Establish departmental goals, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain effective organizational structure and staffing
  • Serve as legislative liaison on financial issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification is an advantage
  • At least 5 years in senior finance or accounting roles, or 2 years in a similar capacity
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office, financial systems
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
