Intel Corporation in Malaysia (Penang) seeks a Director, Business HR to serve as a senior strategic advisor to APJ business leaders. You will drive organizational effectiveness, leadership accountability, and workforce productivity across complex programs.

You will partner with VPs and senior leaders to shape talent strategy, build lean organizations, and deliver outcomes that accelerate product execution and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR strategy for large, global technology or manufacturing organisations.
• Proven ability to translate talent decisions into business outcomes.
• Strong expertise in HR data analytics, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on organization design, talent strategy, and workforce decisions.
• Align talent initiatives with business priorities, roadmaps, and growth objectives.
• Lead organizational design and workforce transformation to improve execution.
• Build succession pipelines and leadership development across the organization.
• Drive governance, accountability, and risk management across the HR function.
