The Role:We seek a professional with a global perspective, strategic thinking, and business insight to lead our organization into the future as the Director of Global People Analytics. This strategic leadership position emphasizes data-informed decision-making to enhance organizational effectiveness. The role combines analytical expertise with a focus on measuring the impact of People Strategy and People Programs.
Location:This position, potentially based in Asia (India, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan), reports to the Vice President, People Strategy, Technology, and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision for people data and analytics.
Develop strong partnerships with program owners, business partners, and leaders to generate relevant and actionable insights on our people and programs.
Develop and implement data governance structures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Present complex business processes as clear stories and insights to highlight their impact and opportunities for value creation.
Use data-driven listening techniques to improve employee experience.
Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce trends, employee engagement, performance, and talent acquisition data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for People Programs.
Build an analytics culture by communicating the value of analytics and establishing learning pathways to increase data literacy.
Collaborate with other analytics and technology teams to share best practices, insights, and promote adoption of enterprise analytics technologies.
Stay updated on trends in people data and analytics, especially emerging AI applications.
You Are:
As the Director of Global People Analytics, you demonstrate ownership, leadership, and mentorship across regions. Your deep understanding of numbers helps identify talent gaps and drive data-informed decisions.
You are committed to scaling operations through quality, process, tools, and data governance. Your thinking is clear, your pace swift, and you influence business decisions with your strong business acumen and consultative style. You motivate and lead by example, setting standards for excellence and innovation.

Requirements:
Minimum five years of experience as an analytics leader in an enterprise environment with multi-system data integration, preferably with systems like Workday, Eightfold, Visier, ServiceNow, Glint.
Expertise in leveraging data and analytics for talent strategy and large-scale transformation.
Experience as a consultant and facilitator.
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with behavioral science and organizational research trends.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong business acumen to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
Commitment to ongoing education and self-development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
