Our client is one of the leading companies when it comes to the logistics industry. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Director, Distribution Channel to join their growing company. This role will be based in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the organization’s goals, policies, and programs, and determine targets and standards. Evaluate economic, social, technical, legal, and other relevant data or trends.
• Lead the organization’s policies and operations to achieve business or policy goals, enhance profitability, and grow market share.
• Formulate and evaluate strategic plans, oversee and manage key functions and enhancements in the organization’s operations and administration, working through senior executives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• MUST HAVE: Knowledge on Malaysia's Employment Act and relevant Supply Chain analytics.
• MUST HAVE: Proficiency in IMS and WMS system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Transport, Logistics Management or anything relevant.
• Experienced in managing warehouse and transportation.
• Preferably knowledgeable and experienced in the Healthcare/FMCG sector.
