As a senior leader and member of the Executive Group, you will provide strategic leadership to create a holistic, environment that supports engagement, wellbeing, success, and graduate employability. You will report directly to the Pro Vice-Chancellor.

  • Overseeing a comprehensive portfolio including career and engagement, wellbeing and counselling, employability and career development, and accommodation services.

  • Leading digital transformation to deliver responsive, data-enabled, and accessible services.

  • Developing and implementing policies, ensuring compliance with both Malaysian regulatory frameworks.

  • Managing the unit's budget and leading a high-performing, cross-functional team.
