AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking motivated individuals for sales roles in Ipoh. You will sell and cross-sell Personal Loan and Credit Card products, ensuring all applications are complete and submitted for approval, while developing opportunities to boost individual and team achievements.

We expect passion, self-drive, and the ability to work shifts, including public holidays and weekends. Fresh graduates are welcome and experience in financial services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree with 1 year sales experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Working experience in financial industry will be an advantage.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Must have own transportation.
• Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Able to work on shift, public holiday and on weekends.
• Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.

Responsabilités

• To sell and cross-sell Personal Loan & Credit Card products.
• To ensure that all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
• To create opportunities and strategy to develop new sales and consistently increase individual or team achievements.
• Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company.
• To have best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements.
