Job summary

A leading consumer financing provider in Malaysia seeks an enthusiastic individual for a sales role promoting credit cards. The ideal candidate should have at least SPM with some sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for customer service. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status and be willing to work shifts and on weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum possess SPM with 2 years sales experience.
• Fresh graduates (Diploma / Degree) are welcome to apply.
• Working experience in financial industry will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• To sell/promote Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card product.
• To ensure all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
• To create opportunities and strategy to develop new sales and consistently increase individual or team achievements.
• To ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the company.
• To have the best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements (Do’s and Don’ts).
