Job description

Direct Procurement Digital Systems & Compliance Specialist (P2P Experience)

This role involves leading P2P transformation within Castrol, part of bp's global procurement landscape, to align with BP's strategy and improve processes and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, identify, and create consensus on process & data management requirements during P2P deployment and operations.
• Ensure integration of data and processes for effective implementation of new working methods.
• Act as the first escalation point for procurement process and data issues.
• Promote compliance with BP’s code of conduct and ethical business practices.
• Develop the P2P process & data management roadmap, including retrofit and global rollout, aligning with the Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Track performance, develop action plans, and ensure accountability.
• Support deployment of data workstreams and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Identify training needs and coach colleagues for smooth P2P operations.
• Champion BP’s values and develop P2P metrics and reporting strategies.
• Lead regional changes in business solution design aligned with the global digital strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or equivalent education (preferred but not essential).
• Experience in process & data management in large, complex organizations, especially in ERP/SAP and end-to-end P2P systems.
• Knowledge of SAP, JDE, Ariba, VIM, and ARIS process mapping.
