A leading global bank seeks a Digital Transformation Leader to modernize its core technology platforms. Lead the full transformation journey of mission-critical systems (from COBOL to microservices)
Define and execute a future-ready technology vision and engineering roadmap
Champion agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices across global teams
Foster a high-performance engineering culture rooted in modern best practices
Collaborate with product, business, and architecture teams to align tech with outcomes
️ 15+ years in enterprise technology, with 4+ in senior leadership roles
️ Strong hands-on expertise in COBOL, DB2, RPGLE, IBM Z/OS
️ Proven experience leading legacy-to-modernisation journeys (e.g. Spring Boot, APIs, microservices)
️ Skilled in integration technologies (MQ, CFT, Solace, Kong)
️ A passion for simplifying complex systems and driving change through engineering
Salary up to MYR 50,000/month + performance bonuses
