Job summary

Mayshowa Group of Companies is seeking a Digital Transformation Associate to drive DX initiatives, support IT systems, and assist in analytics across our manufacturing and automotive product operations in Malaysia. You will maintain websites, monitor security, and collaborate with Marketing/Sales on data-driven campaigns.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Digital Technology or IT with at least 1 year of DX/IT experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Digital Technology, IT or related field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in DX, IT support or system analysis.
• Chinese language proficiency is preferred for overseas communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Support diagnostics of digital systems, propose improvements, and assist in solution deployment.
• Monitor digital security compliance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain/update digital assets (websites, analytics tools) and generate performance reports.
• Train staff on new digital tools and coordinate internal communication for DX adoption.
• Aid Marketing/Sales with digital campaigns and data analysis.
• Provide technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
• Support the DX Manager in delivering agreed activities.
• Maintain websites and analyze data for insights.
