Job description

As a key member of the CI (Continuous Improvement) team, the Digital Transformation Executive drives the implementation of smart factory technologies to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves identifying operational improvement opportunities, evaluating and deploying digital solutions, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring alignment with business goals. This position also leads change management, supports cross-functional adoption of Industry 4.0 tools, and oversees documentation and training to embed smart manufacturing practices across the organization.

A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing

  • Support in identify areas for improvement in factory operations and production processes.
  • Research and evaluate appropriate smart factory solutions to address identified areas for improvement.
  • Support the deployment of the smart factory roadmap and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of selected smart factory solutions, including project management, system design, and deployment for QA App, DDS and AM
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective delivery of smart factory solutions and ongoing support.
  • Ensure smart factory solutions are properly integrated with existing systems and processes.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Language: English, advanced level
  • Knowledge: Results-oriented, analytical, and creative thinking. Working by objective and proactive
  • Fresh graduate or at least 1years of experience in smart factory technology or related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in smart factory implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select appropriate smart factory solutions for specific business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
