Job summary

Elsa Talent in Kuala Lumpur identifies a creative Digital Content Specialist to design and deliver multimedia assets for sustainability communications. You will craft videos, motion graphics and infographics that tell compelling stories across our campaigns.

You will design interactive learning experiences, gamified activities and digital engagement initiatives, while supporting campaigns and maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms. Collaboration with teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communication, IT or related.
• 1–3 years in digital content development or related field.
• Video editing, motion graphics and visual storytelling proficiency.
• Experience with interactive content and gamification.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content creation tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Basic data visualisation, dashboards and analytics knowledge.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and coordination.
• Creative, proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital content, multimedia materials and visual storytelling assets for sustainability comms.
• Produce video content, motion graphics, infographics and other visuals.
• Design interactive learning experiences, gamified activities and digital engagement initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of digital campaigns and materials.
• Utilise AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation and digital communication.
• Manage and maintain digital platforms, including SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Develop data visualisations, dashboards and basic analytics to measure engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver digital solutions aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate digital projects and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
