- Customer First Mindset: Engage with and enable our customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience and driving customer satisfaction through digital sales excellence, empowered by world-class data, marketing systems, and platforms.
- Sales Execution: Engage in conversations with customers aligned to their industry, collaborate with account and partner teams to drive and qualify new opportunities, and build pipeline.
- Business and Technology Readiness: Identify customer readiness, proactively build stakeholder maps, implement strategies to accelerate deal closing, contribute to strategic planning, coach junior team members, and maintain strong close plans.
- Scaling and Collaboration: Apply the role orchestration model and navigate the Microsoft organization to maximize impact. Collaborate with Global Partner Solutions (GPS), identify new partners, develop joint proposals, and contribute to partner strategies.
- Time Prioritization and Tools: Prioritize engagements with customers and partners, leveraging tools and processes to grow the business and strengthen the team.
- Technical Expertise: Lead technical demonstrations of Modern Workplace solutions, explain and prove capabilities aligned with customer objectives, share competitor knowledge, mentor others, and develop best practices. Collaborate with 'compete' SMEs to analyze and strategize against competitors.
- Results Through Teamwork: Drive project execution, partner with teams, build relationships with leadership, and collaborate with account teams to engage decision makers and maximize partner involvement. Use the orchestration model to proactively drive deal closure and expand relationships through industry use cases.
