Nutto Foods Sdn. Bhd. in Georgetown, Penang, is seeking a creative content specialist to design digital campaign assets across Meta, TikTok, and ecommerce channels. You will produce banners, thumbnails, and promotional visuals while adapting formats to each platform.

Experience with filming short-form content and strong video editing skills are essential. The role involves collaborating with the Digital Marketing Executive and maintaining organized asset files for campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong video editing skills and ability to edit for each platform.
• Hands-on experience filming short-form content for social media.
• Understanding of basic framing, lighting and audio.
• Ability to work within a brand system and maintain consistency.
• Organize versions, communicate progress clearly and proactively.

Responsibilities

• Create digital campaign assets: Design Meta and TikTok ad variants, website and marketplace banners, email graphics, stories, posts, and campaign adaptations in the correct formats
• Support e-commerce: Create product thumbnails, listing images, comparison graphics, simple benefit visuals, and promotional tiles with accurate product details
• Produce social content: Design everyday posts and stories; edit short video or simple motion pieces for Reels and TikTok when briefed
• Adapt creative for each channel's layout and customer behaviour instead of simply resizing the same file
• Work with the Digital Marketing Executive on multiple clear hooks, product angles, or calls to action, and label versions so results can be compared
• Maintain file hygiene: Keep editable files, exports, naming, version control, and final approved assets easy to find and reuse
• Verify dimensions, safe areas, spelling, product visuals, dates, codes, DISCLAIMERS, and links or destination instructions in the brief
• Film and create content: Plan and film product, lifestyle, store, and café content for social media and ads, taking an active role in capturing footage and turning it into finished content
• Turn filmed footage into polished short videos for Reels, TikTok, and ads with good pacing, transitions, captions, music, and sound
