Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products/services to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    - Identify potential customers and qualify and target markets through research, networking, and cold calling.
    - Generate new leads using various sources such as databases, social media, and industry events, and maintain until logical closure.
    - Customize emails for industry relevance and fix technical meetings with BANT-qualified leads.
    - Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and offer tailored solutions.
  2. CRM Management:
    - Manage the leads pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
    - Prioritize leads to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets.
    - Maintain and enrich the database regularly.
  3. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    - Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing, product, and customer support teams, to align strategies and achieve common goals.
    - Share insights, feedback, and best practices with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
Other Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and email writing skills.
  • Ability to keep himself/herself always motivated while doing cold calling.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
