Digital Sales Executive (Business Development)

ClickSmart offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with your work experience, where you will be rewarded for your individual and team performance. We are committed to being an inclusive employer and are happy to consider flexible work arrangements (FWA) as needed. We offer:

Basic salary RM 2,800 ~ RM 4,000

Allowance (Petrol, Parking & Tolls, Mobile Internet ) Up to RM 300

Monthly commission-base pay and can earn up to RM10k per month

The Business Development team will be crucial in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions that meet client needs. It includes project summaries, sales material, and client engagement deliverables.

Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities, i.e. conducting market research, prospecting, and lead generation.

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company, including effective sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate digital marketing solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Assist with any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.


Requirements

At least diploma or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Prefer to have minimum 1-3years of relevant work experience in Sales/Digital Marketing, ideally in digital marketing/software industry

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Strong project management and client relationship management skills

Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines

Self-initiative and able to work independently

Must possess their own transport
