This role is to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to delivery and optimization. Requires strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for delivering impactful digital solutions.
Job Scope
- Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, aligning product initiatives with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Own the full product lifecycle including discovery, planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Drive complex projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build and maintain robust business cases to support product investments, and track performance against KPIs.
- Oversee product budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, articulating product vision, progress, and outcomes.
- Work closely with IT teams including Solution Delivery, Service Delivery and Analytics to ensure seamless technical execution.
- Conduct product demos, ad-hoc training sessions, and onboarding activities to drive adoption and user engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end product solutions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across business and technology domains.
