What You’ll Do

Product Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify product opportunities and optimization areas
  • Conduct comprehensive product performance analysis across different distribution channels
  • Define product requirements and specifications based on business needs and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Digital Product Management:

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Lead product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build ecosystem of integrated digital products/platforms such as CRM, DMS, SFA, iRED(image recognition), Digital Payments, Route Optimization etc to drive overall commercial results

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
  • Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business impact
  • Ensure clear communication of product updates and timelines to all stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product analysis, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Certification in Product Management (CSPO, PMP, or similar)
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in FMCG
  • Proven track record in sales and distribution operations within FMCG sector
  • Hands-on experience in IT product delivery and project management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
