Responsibilities:

• Translating brand & marketing strategy into plans and go-to-market strategy.
• To manage end-to-end digital platform projects (Web, App & Chatbot) includes understanding project requirement from user, project planning and UAT
• Assistance in front-end development of applications, features, and internal functions on Web, App and Chatbot.
• Liaise with Digital UI team, creative team and other support team on project implementation (mock ups/visuals/copywriting) for digital platforms deliverables
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to business units
• Train the chatbot to understand and respond to customer inquiry
• Analyze chatbot conversation to identify area for improvement and re-train the bot
• Prepare proposals, reports, letters and other paperwork. Analyzing, interpreting and preparing reporting metrics to measure the success of branding initiatives.
• Able to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery

Requirement:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in similar role
• Detailed oriented
• Able to manage and complete multiple projects at the same time
• Great passion in the mobile solutions and technology
• Good communication skills understanding business industry designs
• Good problem-solving skill and willingness to learn
• Excellent analytical skills and experience on Google Analytics is an added advantage
• Applicants must have exceptional written skills and a keen eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills
