We’re looking for a Digital Performance Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving superior results for our clients by leveraging your deep expertise in digital and performance media. You’ll stay ahead of the curve on key digital channels and success factors, then translate that knowledge into targeted media plans with performance KPIs that align with each client’s campaign needs.

This role is remote and can be based anywhere in Malaysia or the Philippines.

Responsibilities

You will deliver and optimise digital advertising campaigns to hit deadlines and exceed targets. By analysing campaign and platform data, you’ll develop actionable insights and recommendations that build trust and showcase the power of Integrity’s digital marketing and performance capabilities. You’ll be a client champion, actively participating in meetings and providing valuable insights. Additionally, you’ll foster strong client relationships by being attentive to their needs, demonstrating value, and proactively identifying new opportunities within the existing client base to drive continued growth.

You will:

  • Work closely with senior Digital Performance Managers to strategise and plan digital advertising campaigns for assigned clients.
  • Manage the launch process for new campaigns, ensuring all elements are set up according to specifications and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and optimise campaign performance throughout the week, making data-driven adjustments to maximise results.
  • Generate insightful weekly reports analysing campaign performance, identifying key trends, and providing commentary to inform future optimisation strategies.
Role Requirements
What we need you to have:
  • 4-6 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns within agency environments, with a strong understanding of campaign planning, budgeting, targeting, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Experience building media plans with clear performance KPIs aligned with client goals.
  • Ability to deliver and optimise campaigns on time and within budget, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with programmatic display advertising.
  • Proficient in using data visualisation tools like Looker Studio to generate actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in the Melbourne timezone (AEST) and attend client meetings virtually when required.
