A leading company in digital transformation is looking for a project coordinator to support the Operations Project Manager. This role involves managing digital projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Ideal candidates should hold a relevant degree and have hands-on experience with digital tools.
Support the Operations Project Manager in leading digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives through the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE).
Assess the feasibility of digital innovation projects, ensuring they align with the company’s technology framework and available resources.
Manage digital projects effectively, including planning, resource coordination, and applying Project Management and LEAN methodologies.
Proactively track and manage project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) to minimize delays and ensure smooth execution.
Prepare clear and timely project reports to maintain transparency and keep the Board of Committees informed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital initiatives.
Act as the escalation point for digital-related matters within the P2P Digital CoE.
Provide support to the Project Management Office by maintaining documentation, offering administrative assistance, analyzing data, and facilitating team communication.
Assist in reviewing and improving processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
