Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
• Able to conduct one-to-one counseling and interactive group sessions.
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
• Willingness to travel for workshops and client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of counseling principles.
• Interest in psychology research, digital mental health, and AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in research writing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging group sessions, workshops, and mental health programs.
• Design and deliver interactive mental health sessions for diverse audiences.
