Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Media Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the strategic development, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client goals, drive measurable results, and continuously identify new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to understand client marketing goals and set clear, achievable KPIs for each campaign, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Own the development and execution of paid marketing campaigns across key platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Yahoo.
  • Continuously refine and adjust strategies and budgets based on ongoing performance data to ensure client marketing objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare comprehensive reports, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvements based on weekly findings.
  • Identify growth opportunities and innovative strategies to expand client reach and impact through paid marketing channels.
  • Manage the technical setup of campaigns, including tracking implementation and monitoring using Google Tag Manager, to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Stay passionate and proactive in learning about industry trends and customer expectations to continuously improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
  • Must have hands-on experience in building and optimizing dashboards using Google Looker Studio, integrating multiple data sources like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong skills in data visualization, custom metrics, and data blending to generate actionable insights.
