Your Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to meet client goals, including targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization.

Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI, improve performance, and ensure campaigns meet established KPIs, quality standards, and deadlines.

Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights to optimize digital campaigns and deliver measurable results.

A/B Testing & Reporting: Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. Provide detailed performance reports and insights to clients and stakeholders.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, objectives, and target audience, ensuring campaigns are aligned with their needs. Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance.

Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or campaign expansions, working alongside the client to grow their digital presence and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative teams, designers, and developers to ensure that campaigns are visually compelling, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, including Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other relevant advertising platforms.

Client Retention: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering successful campaigns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our Requirements:

Proven experience in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, paid media, and analytics.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an easily understandable format.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
