A leading F&B brand in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand awareness and engage customers. Candidates should possess a degree in Marketing or a related field and have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong grasp of social media and digital trends.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.) and ensure consistent brand identity.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content including visuals, videos, and copywriting that align with company’s branding.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Run and optimized paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate with Operations, HR and outlet teams to support recruitment post, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives.
  • Monitor online reviews and customers feedback to enhance brand reputation.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Manage the company’s website, SEO/SEM activities, and online listings.
  • Support creative production such as copywriting, digital visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Track, evaluate, and report marketing performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (F&B experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, online customer behaviour, and digital trends.
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative, data‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage (for content creation and market coordination).
