Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist proficient in managing Facebook Ads & TikTok Ads campaigns.

You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across these platforms to drive effective user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. You should have a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Conduct thorough audience analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Create compelling ad copies.
  • Work with graphic designer & video editors to create visuals that align with brand guidelines and drive conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • A/B test ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of advertising principles and best practices across digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
