Job Responsibility
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid digital campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
- Manage A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversions.
- Oversee campaign setup, optimisation, budget allocation, and ROI tracking across channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, and present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Telemarketers) to align digital efforts with business goals.
- Optimise content and SEO strategies for long-term lead generation.
- Stay updated with platform trends and suggest new channels or tools to improve performance.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in performance marketing or lead generation.
- Proven experience in running and optimizing ads across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Malay and English (a plus).
- Ability to work with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage.
- Experience in marketing agencies, e-commerce, partner management, or dropshipping is a plus.
