As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you'll plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
Responsibility
Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) to ensure optimal budget utilisation and ROI.
Continuously test, refine, and implement innovative strategies based on the latest trends in performance marketing.
Use data analytics tools to analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance.
Generate actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and improve marketing outcomes.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Branding, Operations) to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Manage MOG’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Coordinate with content creators and designers to produce engaging assets including short-form videos, articles, infographics, and campaign materials.
Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns and track social media analytics to assess performance and optimise content strategy.
Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Segment audiences, personalise messaging, and measure campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with the digital team to optimise website for SEO, user experience, and conversion performance.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid media (preferably in retail).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
