You will not be given ownership of any of our digital accounts.
This role is to manage and execute content under the guidance of our company brand strategy.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing company-owned social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, RED/小红书

• Posting regularly, designing content, and editing simple videos

• Reviewing our website and liaising with our in-house web developer for updates

• Supporting Google review growth to build trust

• Using AI tools smartly to enhance content and save time

Industry experience is NOT required — product information and support will be provided. What we need is someone smart, fast-learning, and creative.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan and schedule content across multiple platforms

• Design visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent

• Write clear and engaging captions

• Film/edit short videos for TikTok, Reels, etc.

• Monitor DMs and engagement professionally

Website Feedback & Communication

• Review company website for layout, user flow, and content

• Propose improvements from a user/customer point of view

• Communicate those suggestions to our internal web developer

Digital Growth & Reputation

• Boost visibility on Google Business (e.g. reviews, search presence)

• Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, etc.)

• Stay updated on current trends and apply where relevant

Bonus (Not Required, but Good to Have)

• Experience in carton box/packaging design

• Ability to help with occasional label or product branding visuals

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media

• Proficient in Canva or Adobe tools or Others (That could get the work done)

• Familiar with basic video editing apps (CapCut, etc.)

• Fluent writing in both English and Chinese is required.
  You’ll need to create captions, replies, and possibly product writeups in both languages for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and 小红书.

• Able to work on-site full-time in Butterworth, Penang

• Willing to learn a new industry with guidance provided

• Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc. to increase productivity
