Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual digital marketing strategies and budget allocation to strengthen brand presence and conversion rates.
  • Responsible for branding company products and planning overall marketing directions.
  • Responsible for event planning and management, including seminars, exhibitions, and conferences that align with company objectives.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to promote programs and campaigns effectively.
  • Update website and social media platform content regularly, including copywriting and visual coordination.
  • Ensure all marketing plans and activities are executed according to project timelines.
  • Conduct competition research and market analysis to identify target audiences and industry trends.
  • Perform in-depth market research and analysis to evaluate brand awareness, marketing trends, and competitor movements.
  • Plan and assist with new product launches, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders when necessary.
  • Supervise and guide junior marketing staff or interns in content development and daily tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Design to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage and evaluate external vendors, agencies, and media partners to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, etc.) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Monitor and report marketing KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development of business plans and identify new market opportunities for company growth.
  • Provide product recommendations and marketing insights to Management to support revenue growth.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Proven experience in managing company social media accounts and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and content marketing strategies
  • Experience in B2C social media management and content generation preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead marketing initiatives
