Manage and update Alpha IVF KL’s social media platforms with engaging, informative content

Create visual and video assets highlighting our services, patient success stories, and educational topics

Assist in SEO strategy implementation and content optimization for improved online visibility

Liaise with the Group Digital Marketing team on paid ads, website updates, and performance tracking

Monitor analytics and deliver insights to enhance content effectiveness

Provide feedback to better align campaigns with consumer needs

Brand & Communications

Ensure all marketing materials and messaging adhere to Group branding guidelines

Collaborate with the Group Brand & Communications team on centre-level marketing initiatives

Draft patient testimonials, blog posts, and promotional collateral

Support local PR efforts and media engagements as needed

Support and execute targeted promotions, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives

Assist in planning and managing health talks, events, and outreach programs to maximize participation and lead generation

Identify and coordinate marketing channels (social media, influencers, collaborations) to drive event attendance and patient bookings

Track and analyze campaign performance, recommending optimizations for better conversion rates

Assist in calculating and tracking agent commissions per agreed terms

Support preparation and documentation of MOUs with partners and agents

Provide general administrative support to sales, marketing, and operations teams

Additional Responsibilities

Perform related duties, special assignments, and ad-hoc projects as required

Cover duties of colleagues in other departments when needed

What We’re Looking For :

1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content development, or event promotion

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
