Job Description
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media marketers focused on lead generation.
  • Plan and execute ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), LinkedIn, X or RedNote.
  • Create effective lead generation funnels: ad form/landing page lead handover.
  • Establish and maintain a feedback loop with the sales team to ensure lead quality.
  • Manage campaign budgets to optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROAS (return on ad spend).
  • Provide regular performance reporting on conversion rates, lead quality metrics, and ROI.
  • Develop lead qualification criteria aligned with sales team needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales team leaders on lead quality.
  • Adjust targeting and campaigns based on sales conversion feedback.
  • Track lead-to-customer journey metrics and optimize accordingly.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook pixel implementation, and A/B testing.
  • Proven track record managing successful lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
  • Expert at building conversion funnels that deliver qualified leads to sales teams.
  • Strong experience with ad platforms, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
