Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of social media marketers focused on lead generation.
- Plan and execute ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook + Instagram), LinkedIn, X or RedNote.
- Create effective lead generation funnels: ad form/landing page lead handover.
- Establish and maintain a feedback loop with the sales team to ensure lead quality.
- Manage campaign budgets to optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROAS (return on ad spend).
- Provide regular performance reporting on conversion rates, lead quality metrics, and ROI.
- Develop lead qualification criteria aligned with sales team needs.
- Maintain regular communication with sales team leaders on lead quality.
- Adjust targeting and campaigns based on sales conversion feedback.
- Track lead-to-customer journey metrics and optimize accordingly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook pixel implementation, and A/B testing.
- Proven track record managing successful lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
- Expert at building conversion funnels that deliver qualified leads to sales teams.
- Strong experience with ad platforms, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
- Team leadership experience with ability to develop marketing talent.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Understanding the "leads = revenue" connection.
- Analytical thinker who makes decisions based on data.
