A reputable footwear brand in Malaysia is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead online marketing strategies and manage digital campaigns across various platforms. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a background in marketing. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand presence and optimizing online sales.

Plan and manage comprehensive online marketing strategies, from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless integration across digital channels.
Manage Social Media and Marketplace accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee and Lazada.
Own and manage content strategy across all digital platforms.
Execute cross-platform ad campaigns by leading content ideation, copywriting while collaborating with relevant teams to ensure alignment with strategy and in-store sales / promotional activities.
Implement strategies for launching online products and optimise digital sales processes to boost online conversions.
Regularly update online channels (website and marketplaces) to ensure up-to-date product listings and conversion enablers.
Manage and grow email marketing campaigns to capture new leads and nurture existing customers through targeted and personalised campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and content planning for cross-platform search engine optimisation to drive organic reach.
Monitor key performance metrics and provide monthly reports and action plans.
Analyse and report on effectiveness of all digital campaigns using data-driven insights.
Manage and liaise with any third-party agency as well as engage with KOC/KOLs to ensure smooth delivery of content execution based on strategy and brief.
Design and implement multi-touch sales funnels, focusing on lead generation, engagements and online conversion through strategic data insights.
Diploma or equivalent in Marketing or any related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of digital marketing (experience within the footwear / fashion / F&B industry is preferred).
Analytical mindset with strong understanding of funnel marketing and marketplaces.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage).
Willing to work in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya.
