Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the digital marketing team
  • Develop the overall inbound marketing strategy for the company
  • Plan, design, and implement campaigns on digital advertising and social media
  • Monitor, analyze and report on website performance and marketing metrics
  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Introduce new and creative growth digital strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Oversee company social media accounts
  • Design, build and manage online content
  • Investigate benchmarks from competitors and continuously optimize online marketing strategies

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a digital marketing or related role
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SEM, SEO, Google Analytics and related tools
  • Proven track record in effectively executing various digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to interpret web metrics and digital analytics, and translate them into working marketing strategies
  • Good written, oral and visual communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Keen attention to details
  • Preferably have marketed B2B SaaS products
