Position: Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of all digital marketing initiatives for our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing online visibility, generating qualified leads, and strengthening our digital presence across multiple channels including website, social media, marketplaces, and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth (B2B and B2C).
- Manage and optimize the company’s website, including content updates, SEO/SEM strategies, and user experience enhancements.
- Create and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Oversee content creation for digital channels (e.g., product showcases, video content, blog articles, social media posts).
- Coordinate e-commerce platform presence (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and online catalogues for local and export markets.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate), and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Manage CRM/email marketing campaigns and build marketing automation flows.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, design, product) to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
- Keep up to date with digital trends and technologies relevant to the automotive parts industry.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in automotive, aftermarket, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Mandarin or BM is an added advantage.
