The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified sales leads through various digital channels, with a strong understanding of the creative industry, particularly in outsourcing art services. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving business growth by connecting our studio with potential clients seeking high-quality art production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation for our outsource art studio, aligning with business objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and target potential clients (e.g., game developers, animation studios, advertising agencies, publishers) through in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
- Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, industry forums, art communities, relevant websites, and B2B directories.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media ads) with a focus on cost-per-lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and attract inbound leads.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (e.g., cold outreach, nurturing sequences) to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
- Explore and leverage new digital marketing tools and technologies to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Content Marketing & Storytelling:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and relevant content (e.g., case studies, portfolios, artist spotlights, thought leadership articles, videos, webinars) that showcases our studio's capabilities and artistic expertise.
- Craft persuasive messaging and storytelling for all marketing materials, highlighting the value and benefits of outsourcing art to our studio.
- Optimize content for lead capture, including landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.
- Relationship Building & Nurturing:
- Engage with potential leads through various digital touchpoints, building rapport and understanding their specific needs.
- Nurture leads through personalized communication and targeted content to qualify them for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and report on lead activity and progress.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all lead generation campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns for better results and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on various elements of campaigns (e.g., ad copy, landing pages, email subject lines) to improve effectiveness.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
- Collaborate with artists and project managers to gather insights and create authentic, impactful marketing materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, art styles, and client demands to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B lead generation, preferably in the creative, entertainment, or technology industries (e.g., game development, animation, VFX).
- Demonstrable success in generating qualified sales leads and contributing to revenue growth.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing channels and tools, including:
- SEO/SEM: Keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, Google Ads.
- Social Media Marketing: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, ArtStation, Behance (organic and paid strategies).
- Email Marketing: Campaign creation, automation, segmentation (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Content Marketing: Strategy, creation, distribution.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM reporting.
- CRM Software: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong understanding of the outsource art industry, including pipelines, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to articulate complex services clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams and external prospects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
