Are you a strategic and highly experienced digital marketing professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional environment? Fusang is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing and communications initiatives based in Malaysia. This pivotal role involves driving strategy, managing key vendor relationships, overseeing digital platforms, leading event support, and guiding the production of compelling marketing content and materials.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, creative leader with a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing campaigns and a strong desire to thrive within a growing, international business.

Key responsibilities

As our Marketing Lead, you will:

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives.

Lead the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns, ensuring they are cohesive, brand-aligned, and deliver measurable results.

Identify market opportunities and consumer trends to inform strategic marketing decisions.

Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors, including graphic designers, digital agencies, and event partners, ensuring high-quality, timely, and brand-aligned delivery of all marketing initiatives.

Oversee project timelines, manage internal feedback loops, and ensure final approvals across all vendor deliverables.

Digital Platform Management & Optimization:

Strategically maintain and update the company website, collaborating with internal stakeholders and web vendors to enhance user experience and content effectiveness.

Develop, execute, and optimize email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns, from content strategy and audience segmentation to scheduling, performance analysis, and lead nurturing.

Establish and manage a robust EDM calendar, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities and campaign cadences.

Content & Brand Stewardship:

Oversee the design and production of high-impact marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentation decks, and digital assets, utilizing tools like Canva and PowerPoint.

Ensure strict visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing outputs and channels.

Guide the creation of engaging and valuable marketing content.

Lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of client events, webinars, and seminars.

Oversee the design and management of event invitations, RSVP tracking, and comprehensive logistical support and materials preparation.

Marketing Operations & Reporting:

Manage the marketing budget and resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives.

Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Identify and implement new marketing technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in a marketing or communications leadership role, with a proven track record of managing projects and delivering results.

Demonstrated proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and advanced email marketing platforms.

Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, particularly those for content creation or presentation design (e.g., Gamma) is a plus.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including website maintenance via CMS (e.g., WordPress/Webflow).

Exceptional strategic thinking, coordination, and communication skills.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense for design.

Proactive, able to multi-task, take initiative, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

Prior experience in professional or financial services marketing is highly preferred.

Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.

Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
