Job summary

Wecare Cleaning Solutions is seeking a motivated fresh graduate for a digital marketing role in Malaysia. You will develop and execute strategies to generate leads, manage social media, and run ad campaigns while staying current with trends and AI search techniques.

You will learn to optimize Meta and Google Ads, perform SEO and local SEO, create weekly content, analyze performance, and collaborate with the team to turn ideas into live campaigns.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or students in Digital Marketing or related fields are welcome.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and business growth.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and social media marketing.
• Creative, proactive and willing to research and learn independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and grow the business.
• Manage social media platforms and advertising campaigns.
• Plan and create weekly social media content including posts and reels.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve rankings and traffic.
• Handle Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Research GEO and AI search strategies to improve visibility.
• Analyze marketing performance, leads, conversions and costs; optimize campaigns.
• Experiment with different content, ads, offers, and strategies.
• Collaborate with employer to turn ideas into campaigns and execute.
