Qualifications

Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Familiar with social media platforms and current digital trends.
Canva, video editing, photography or SEO knowledge is a plus.
Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with customers.
Comfortable appearing on camera; proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Conduct telemarketing, generate leads, and follow up with potential customers.
Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, and sales follow-ups.
Create and manage content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Assist with video shooting, photography, and basic video editing.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Monitor social media and website performance.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and other marketing or business activities.
