Job summary

Perfect Pinnacle Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to support brand marketing, content creation, media management, and community engagement across all brands. You’ll gain hands-on experience and build your portfolio.

In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in brand marketing, content creation, media management, and community engagement. Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining brand social media platforms.
• Ensure all content, visuals, and promotions are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Help design and upload posts, banners, and other digital content.
• Support the social media team with post scheduling, captions, and community engagement.
• Monitor inquiries on social media and provide light support to improve customer experience.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and digital storytelling.
• Assist in preparing reports on campaign or social media performance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
• Passionate about social media, digital marketing, lifestyle trends, and brand storytelling.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe tools for basic content creation and editing.
• Detail‑oriented with a good eye for design, layout, and branding consistency.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Portfolio or sample work is an added advantage (academic, personal, or professional).
