You will manage paid campaigns, develop platform-specific copy, and engage online communities while researching demographics to ensure alignment with each brand’s identity. Fresh grads are welcome; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome with strong passion and willingness to learn.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field.
• Ability to write compelling copy and create platform-specific content.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads and paid social.
• Create platform-specific content and content pillars for diverse clients.
• Engage with audiences and manage community interactions on social platforms.
• Research target demographics to align copy and tone with brand identity.
• Promote BeanSE’s core services to drive traffic and inbound leads.
