Role Overview

You’re the connection between our brand and the influencers who bring our products to life. You will shape our online presence and help our brand stand out across social media.

Responsibilities
  • Influence & Inspire: Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies that grow our brand on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu.
  • KOLs & KOCs Connections: Identify and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) who fit our brand.
  • Campaign Management: Lead influencer campaigns from concept to execution and ensure content is engaging and impactful.
  • Collaborative Content Creation: Work with influencers to create authentic, scroll-stopping content.
  • Liaison with Brand Principals: Coordinate ideas, approvals, and collaborations to keep campaigns on-brand.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh.
  • Performance Insight: Track and analyze campaign results to derive insights and improve future performance.
