Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, confident Digital Marketing Executive who consistently delivers high-quality and results-focused marketing content. In-depth knowledge of social media marketing with expertise in identifying emerging market trends. Candidate must be a responsible team player with self-driven abilities; possess strong, detailed skills in developing creative ideas and work in a fast – paced, fun and exciting work environment and industry. An ideal candidate will create and inspire new concepts toward client projects using a wide range of mediums.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic marketing planning (offline/online) and consultation to meet client’s objectives.
- Create marketing campaigns for digital marketing and advertising purposes.
- Assist in delivering the client’s marketing strategy across the full digital portfolio including website, social media and broadcast email from concept through implementation.
- Promote and sell products/services, implement marketing strategies, and build client relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities, conduct market research, create marketing campaigns, and achieve sales targets; demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive business growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Cooperate with other brand marketing heads to ensure activities are executed efficiently.
- Guide the overall brand marketing operations toward the company’s target and market growth.
- Develop marketing programs and partnerships to widen the reach of brand positioning.
- Monitor marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Supervise the brand marketing team and motivate them to perform their duties.
- Review the status of each brand marketing program and relay findings for evaluation.
- Research best practices and trends in brand marketing to keep the business up to date.
- Ensure consistency of products and services in brand marketing development.
- Allocate the budget for advertising and marketing products and services.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and take action as needed.
- Assist in and ensure branding standards and legal compliances are met and incorporated into all collaterals.
- Collaborate with strategists and other team members to produce presentations for business development and client meetings.
Qualifications
- One year of industry experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Diploma or higher in appropriate field.
- Exposure to both advertising and marketing operations.
- Ability to collaborate with different people and perceptions.
- Experience in marketing and brand management campaigns.
- Passionate about marketing and willing to update job knowledge through training and conferences.
- Keen on strategy and research-based projects to deliver successful campaigns.
- Creative flair, originality and strong marketing sense.
- Able to read & write in Mandarin & English; Mandarin fluency preferred for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
