Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and adaptable to new marketing trends, including AI-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Website & SEO Management
    • Manage and update the company's website, ensuring best practices are followed.
    • Maintain website content, improve user experience, and enhance brand visibility.
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and website conversions.
  2. Social Media & Content Creation
    • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
    • Plan and execute engaging content strategies to drive audience interaction.
    • Oversee social media campaigns, including paid ads and performance tracking.
    • Monitor and analyze social media engagement and brand reputation.
  3. Digital Marketing & AI Integration
    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns with the Sales & Marketing team.
    • Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize marketing strategies and automation.
    • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  4. Graphic Design & Marketing Materials
    • Design promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other tools.
    • Ensure branding consistency across all digital platforms.
  5. Email Marketing & Data Analysis
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers.
    • Track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
  6. General & Ad-hoc Marketing Tasks
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
    • Assist with other marketing-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media management, and content creation.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and suggest improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and adaptability to trends.
  • Basic copywriting skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (preferred).
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Must be able to work in Semenyih starting June 2025.
